Read This Review On The Digital Nikon Coolpix Camera

By Benita Hice

Why all the unfavorable reviews? The digital nikon coolpix camera is impressive and quite an eye-catcher! The touch-sensitive screen is and I find that using the stylus helps against smug marks. The screen is nice and gigantic but, like some other reviews, is a little grainy. Rest assured, however, that the exact quality of the pic on the digital nikon coolpix camera is much better than what you see on the screen. Pictures are very clear and true to color! So far I particularly liked having the ability to write on a photograph with the stylus.

I've been working with this camera in a number of settings and subject matter and I just like it. As a professional in the field, I wanted a camera that would have the zoom capability and the image quality of more pricey ( and heavier, bulkier 'pro' equipment) combined with the spontaneity and efficiency of a point and shoot, 1 hand camera.

The digital nikon coolpix camera DELIVERS all that for me in a great little package that is easy to use, light to hold, superbly intuitive to navigate and still yields glorious prime quality pictures. At $400 out the door at a shop, I could not be happier with my decision to buy. I measured it against everything in that price range and it just blew the others away.

If you have $800-$1000 sure, go ahead and get one of the next level dSLRs like the d40 or d60. But if you don't want to be dealing with lens changes and like to 'shoot-on-the-go', then you simply can not do better than the digital nikon coolpix camera. It's a flexible, straightforward to use product at a reasonable price.

The digital nikon coolpix camera is as simple to use as an automated point & shoot for the casual user, and all the bells like shutter priority, aperture concern and automatic focus. You can shoot several frames per -sec for still photos and can take videos.

Oh, and the price tag is 25 per/cent less than the 4.0 megapixel camera that it replaced. I recommend buying a two-year warranty extension, available for approximately $15, a bargain.
