How To Become Taller By Exercising

By Mike Naismith

Thousands of people couldn't just sit down without a fight when puberty came and went and left them shorter than they would have liked. Who wouldn't jump at the chance of becoming taller, especially if it involved a very simple way of doing it?

Most of us think that once we're fully grown, there's nothing we can do to add inches. However, those who work in the area of health and well-being have come up with exercises that can achieve what seems impossible.

This is definitely amazing news for people who have dealt with the problem of being short their whole life. Just think about how our lives will change for the better when we add several inches to our height.

So, how do these exercises work, and can they really be that simple and effective? Are they easy for anyone to do?

Well, children do these kinds of exercises all the time in gym class. It's all perfectly natural. The basis is just stretching and moving for flexibility. That in itself is helpful, but these exercises also stir the growth process that was active when you were younger. In some biological ways, you're going back in time!

If you practice these movements, you'll see results within weeks; and you won't need any type of exercise equipment. Almost anyone can do this, unless, of course, you are so disabled physically that your movement is impeded.

This stretching method functions by enhancing the pituitary glands in your brain and it makes more human growth hormone (abbreviated HGH) in your body. This causes a normal response to make the ends of your bones and cartilage thicker which consequently makes them a few inches longer.

Our spines do have a maximum length, but most of us don't really stand as upright as we think we do, so these exercises will also help you align in such a way that you live up to your full potential height. You could gain a couple of inches in the most natural way. You'll have great posture and better health, too.
